Network Function Virtualization (NFV) Readiness & Roadmap

This engagement will assess readiness and create a roadmap for virtualizing network functions like 5G Core, IMS, and BNG on cloud-native infrastructure. Key activities include evaluating current physical functions and VNFs, identifying target CNFs, defining cloud-native NFV infrastructure architecture, developing a migration roadmap, and recommending aligned vendors. Deliverables will consist of an NFV readiness assessment report, an architecture blueprint, a VNF to CNF migration roadmap, and a vendor evaluation matrix.

Cloud-Native 5G Core Design & Implementation Planning

This engagement focuses on designing a cloud-native 5G core architecture utilizing containerization and service-based architecture (SBA). Key activities include defining the 5G core functional and deployment architecture, designing microservices with container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), specifying CI/CD and automation pipelines, developing edge and multi-cloud integration models, and planning integration with OSS/BSS and legacy EPC. Telco Cloud Reference Architecture Design
