5G Network Design & Deployment Planning

This engagement focuses on developing detailed radio, transport, and core designs to facilitate 5G rollout and service enablement. Key activities include defining coverage, capacity, and spectrum requirements, designing RAN architecture (macro, small cell, massive MIMO), planning transport/backhaul links (fiber/microwave), developing 5G core design (UPF, AMF, SMF), and creating integration, testing, and rollout plans. Deliverables consist of 5G high-level and low-level designs, spectrum and capacity modeling reports, an implementation and testing plan, and vendor Bill of Materials and configuration templates.

Fiber Network Design & Rollout Planning (FTTx / Backhaul)

This engagement focuses on designing and planning a scalable fiber network for broadband or backhaul expansion. Key activities include conducting a GIS-based demand and feasibility analysis, defining the network topology (ring, star, mesh), performing route surveys and duct/cable design, generating fiber layout maps and splice plans, and preparing a rollout and permitting strategy. Deliverables encompass detailed fiber design and layout maps (AutoCAD/GIS), a bill of quantities (BoQ) with cost estimates, a construction and rollout plan, and testing and acceptance procedures.

IP/MPLS Core Network Design & Implementation Support

This engagement aims to design a high-performance and resilient IP/MPLS core network for mobile, fixed, and enterprise services. Key activities include analyzing the current network and traffic flows, defining routing, redundancy, and QoS architecture, developing a detailed IP/MPLS topology and addressing plan, designing security and DDoS mitigation architecture, and supporting configuration, testing, and migration. Deliverables consist of an IP/MPLS Core High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), network addressing and routing tables, configuration templates for various equipment, and a test and cutover plan.

Optical Network (DWDM/OTN) Design & Implementation

This engagement aims to design an optical transport layer for high-capacity data and backhaul needs. Key activities include assessing the existing transport network, designing OTN/DWDM topology, conducting optical link budget calculations, defining protection and restoration schemes, and creating implementation and acceptance test plans. Deliverables comprise an optical network design package, equipment specifications and Bill of Materials (BoM), implementation and commissioning guidelines, and a test and validation report.

Mobile Backhaul Network Design

Key activities include defining backhaul topology, assessing bandwidth and latency needs, developing routing and QoS frameworks, designing synchronization and timing distribution, and preparing a migration plan. Microwave Network Design & Optimization

This service focuses on designing and optimizing microwave radio links for backhaul and access connectivity. Key activities include conducting path surveys and link budget calculations, designing frequency plans and channel assignments, modeling availability and interference to achieve a 99.99% reliability target, preparing site engineering and tower requirements, and supporting deployment and acceptance testing. Data Center & Core Network Virtualization Design (NFV / SDN)

Key activities include inventorying existing equipment, mapping dependencies, developing migration runbooks, conducting tests, and providing on-site support. Deliverables consist of a migration strategy, cutover scripts, validation test results, and a go-live report.

Private LTE / 5G Network Design

This engagement involves designing and deploying a secure, dedicated private 4G/5G network to support mission-critical IoT and mobility applications for various enterprises. Network Testing, Validation & Acceptance

This engagement aims to validate the performance, reliability, and interoperability of network components before their commercial launch. Key activities include developing test strategies, executing an end-to-end acceptance test plan (ATP) across RAN, core, and transport networks, conducting KPI benchmarking, documenting defects, and certifying network readiness. Network Automation & Orchestration Design

Key activities include assessing the current Network Management Systems and OSS landscape, defining automation use cases, designing orchestration architecture, developing workflow and policy models, and creating a testing and rollout plan. Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) Implementation

The engagement aims to design and implement an integrated voice, video, and collaboration platform (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex) to replace outdated PBX systems.
